Code of Civil Procedure Article 119
In addition to the copy submitted to the court, additional written copies or photocopies of a pleading with annexed documents shall be prepared according to the number of the opposing party to be served.In case of a discrepancy between the original copy of a pleading and its written copy or photocopy, the copy submitted to the court will prevail.

書狀及其附屬文件，除提出於法院者外，應按應受送達之他造人數，提出繕本或影本。
