Code of Civil Procedure Article 10
In matters relating to rights in rem, partition, or demarcation of real property, exclusive jurisdiction resides in court for the place where the real property is located.In other matters relating to real property, an action may be initiated in the court for the place where the real property is located.

因不動產之物權或其分割或經界涉訟者，專屬不動產所在地之法院管轄。
其他因不動產涉訟者，得由不動產所在地之法院管轄。
其他因不動產涉訟者，得由不動產所在地之法院管轄。
