Notaries shall prepare the Journal of Notarial Acts of notarial deeds or other relevant books.The Judicial Yuan shall determine the format of these journals and the contents that shall be recorded as mentioned in the preceding paragraph.

公證人應編製公證書登記簿及其他相關之簿冊。
