The Notary Act Article 55

Civil notaries may be disciplined with following sanctions :1. Reprimand;2. Administrative fines between NTD $15,000 and NTD $150,000;3. Suspension from duties between 2 months and 2 years;4. Dismissal from the position.The sanctions mentioned in subparagraph 1 and 2 of the preceding paragraph can be sanctioned concurrently.

民間之公證人懲戒處分如下：
一、申誡。
二、罰鍰一萬五千元以上十五萬元以下。
三、停職二月以上二年以下。
四、撤職。
前項第一款、第二款之處分得同時為之。
