The supervision of civil notaries is conducted by the Judicial Yuan.The supervision mentioned in the preceding paragraph can be conducted by the High Court, district courts, or the district court’s branch to which a civil notary is registered.The rule regarding the supervision shall be set forth by the Judicial Yuan.
中文原文 公證法第51條
民間之公證人之監督由司法院行之。
前項監督，得由所屬之高等法院、地方法院或其分院為之。
前二項之監督，其辦法由司法院定之。
