The Notary Act Article 22

From those who have satisfied the judicial personnel qualifications set forth under paragraph 1 of Article 23 of the Judicial Personnel Ordinance, the court may selectively appoint court notaries.Whenever there is more than one notary in a notary division of a district court, one of them shall be appointed as the director, handling and supervising notarial affairs.Judges of a district court or its branches or judicial personnel, who have satisfied the qualifications mentioned under the first paragraph, can be assigned additional duties to act as notaries.

法院之公證人，應就具有司法人員人事條例第二十三條第一項所定資格之一者遴任之。
公證人有二人以上者，以一人為主任公證人，處理並監督公證處之行政事務。
法院之公證人，得由地方法院或其分院法官或具有第一項資格之司法事務官兼充之。
