The Notary Act Article 129

The Judicial Yuan may increase or decrease notarial fees charged by orders due to changing circumstances. The maximum change is a one-half decrease or a ten times increase, according to the situation.

本章所定之收費標準，司法院得按情勢需要，以命令減至二分之一，或增至十倍。
