The Notary Act Article 123

When the notaries perform their duties of notarization or attestation for bedridden applicants or other similar situations, the notaries shall charge an additional fee of NTD$2000.

公證人在請求人病榻前或其他相類場所執行公、認證職務者，加收費用二千元。
