Constitutional Court Procedure Act Article 87
(Vote Threshold for Admissibility in Uniform Interpretation)The admissibility of petitions under this Section shall be decided by a majority of the Justices who have taken part in the proceedings with a quorum of a majority of the total number of the incumbent Justices of the Constitutional Court taking part in the proceedings. Failing the required majority, the petition shall be dismissed by an order.

本章案件之受理及其評決，應有大法官現有總額過半數參與評議，參與評議大法官過半數同意。
未達同意受理人數者，應裁定不受理。
