Constitutional Court Procedure Act Article 63
(Application mutatis mutandis of Voidance Provision)Except otherwise provided in this Act, Articles 53 shall apply mutatis mutandis to cases where laws are voided immediately or retroactively by the Constitutional Court in the judgments under this Section.
