Constitutional Court Procedure Act Article 46
(Application mutatis mutandis of the Administrative Litigation Act)Except otherwise provided in this Act or the Rules of the Constitutional Court, the provisions of the Administrative Litigation Act, to the extent that they are not incompatible with this Act, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
