Disciplinary Court Organization Act Article 13
The Disciplinary Court shall set up the Council of Judges. Unless otherwise prescribed, the composition, time of commencement , resolutions and proceedings, and other matters of the Council of Judges shall be subject to provisions of Chapter 4 of the Judges Act. The Disciplinary Court shall set up the Council of Judges for the Disciplinary Chamber of the Judiciary. The composition, time of commencement, resolutions and proceedings, and other matters of the Council of Judges shall, if not inconsistent with the subject or context, apply mutatis mutandis to provisions of Chapter 4 of the Judges Act.

懲戒法院設法官會議。
法官會議之組成、召開時間、議決事項及議決程序等事項，除另有規定外，適用法官法第四章之規定。
懲戒法院設職務法庭法官會議，其會議之組成、召開時間、議決事項及議決程序等事項，於性質不相牴觸之範圍內，準用法官法第四章之規定。
