Intellectual Property and Commercial Court Organization Act Article 29
Unless otherwise prescribed by law, trials of the Intellectual Property and Commercial Court shall be held within the court.The rules governing court seats and auditing matters of the Intellectual Property and Commercial Court shall be prescribed by the Judicial Yuan.
