The administrative procedures and rules for the Intellectual Property and Commercial Court shall be prescribed by the Judicial Yuan.The administrative procedures and rules of the Taiwan High Prosecutors Office, Intellectual Property Branch, shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Justice.
