(Examination with Interpreter's Translation or Written Format)If litigants, witnesses, expert witnesses, and other people relevant to the case are not familiar with Mandarin, the communications shall be assisted by interpreters. If a person is hearing or speech impaired, the person may choose, or be ordered, to be examined with or give statements in writing, in addition to having interpreter-assisted translation.

訴訟當事人、證人、鑑定人及其他有關係之人，如有不通曉國語者，由通譯傳譯之；其為聽覺或語言障礙者，除由通譯傳譯外，並得依其選擇以文字訊問，或命以文字陳述。
