(Court Uniform)When performing duties in court, judges and clerks should wear uniforms. The same applies to prosecutors, public defenders and lawyers when performing their duties in court. The uniforms of the personnel mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be determined by the Judicial Yuan and the Executive Yuan.

法官及書記官在法庭執行職務時，應服制服，檢察官、公設辯護人及律師在法庭執行職務時，亦同。
前項人員之服制，由司法院會同行政院定之。
