Court Organization Act Article 63-1

To handle cases of major corruption, economic crimes, and severe crimes against social order, the High Prosecutors Offices, their lower offices and branches may, as required, temporarily transfer professional personnel of relevant agencies to assist in investigations.When performing duties, as described in the preceding paragraph, prosecutors of the High Prosecutors Offices, their lower offices and branches may exercise the authority of their individual hierarchies in accordance with the assignment of chief prosecutor of the Taiwan High Prosecutors Office, or the Prosecutor General, without the restrictions of such stipulations as provided in Article 62.The provisions of this Article, amended on November 18, 2016, shall be implemented on January 1, 2017.

高等檢察署以下各級檢察署及其檢察分署為辦理重大貪瀆、經濟犯罪、嚴重危害社會秩序案件需要，得借調相關機關之專業人員協助偵查。
高等檢察署以下各級檢察署及其檢察分署檢察官執行前項職務時，得經臺灣高等檢察署檢察長或檢察總長之指定，執行各該審級檢察官之職權，不受第六十二條之限制。
中華民國一百零五年十一月十八日修正之本條規定，自一百零六年一月一日施行。
