(The Authority of Prosecutors)The authority of prosecutors is as follows: 1. Implementing investigations, initiating public prosecutions, implementing prosecutions, assisting in private prosecutions, assuming private prosecutions, and commanding the execution of criminal judgments; 2. Implementing other duties as provided by law.
