All levels of courts and their branches shall have a corresponding prosecutors office or a branch office.The prosecutors office referred to in the preceding paragraph is divided into the following three levels:1. The District Prosecutors Office.2. The High Prosecutors Office.3. The Supreme Prosecutors Office.

各級法院及分院對應設置檢察署及檢察分署。
前項所稱檢察署，分下列三級：
一、地方檢察署。
二、高等檢察署。
三、最高檢察署。
