(The Jurisdictional Instances of High Courts)The jurisdictional instances of high courts are as follows: 1. The First Instance criminal cases relating to sedition, treason, or obstruction of the state's diplomacy; 2. Civil and criminal appeal cases filed against the first instance judgments delivered by the district court or its branch; However, if it is stipulated otherwise by law, such other provisions shall apply. 3. 高等法院管轄事件如下：
一、關於內亂、外患及妨害國交之刑事第一審訴訟案件。

三、不服地方法院及其分院裁定而抗告之案件。

四、其他法律規定之訴訟案件。
