The Administrative Court Organization Act Article 9
The High Administrative Court shall establish High Administrative Litigation Divisions and District Administrative Litigation Divisions. The number of divisions is determined by the case load. If necessary, a professional court may be established. Each division shall have one Division Chief Judge, to be served concurrently either by the judge who serves as the President on a concurrent basis or by any of the rest of the judges. The Division Chief Judge shall oversee the divisional affairs.

高等行政法院分設高等行政訴訟庭、地方行政訴訟庭，其庭數視事務之繁簡定之，必要時得設專業法庭。
各庭置庭長一人，除由兼任院長之法官兼任者外，餘就法官中遴兼之，監督各該庭事務。
