The Juvenile and Family Court Organization Act Article 37
The court session of a Juvenile and Family Court shall be held within a courthouse, unless otherwise provided by law.The Judicial Yuan shall prescribe the rules governing courtroom settings and sit-in on the Juvenile and Family Court.
