Law:: The Act Governing the Settlement of Ill-gotten Properties by Political Parties and Their Affiliate Organizations
Chinese:: 政黨及其附隨組織不當取得財產處理條例第27條

The party, its affiliated organizations, or trustee that violate Paragraph 1 of Article 9 shall be fined from 1 to 3 times the amount of the price of the assets.The party, its affiliated organizations, or trustee that violate Paragraph 2 of Article 9 shall be fined an amount from NT$100,000 up to NT$500,000 and be ordered to declare within a prescribed period of time. In case the declaration is not conducted within the time limit, consecutive punishment may be imposed.

中文原文政黨及其附隨組織不當取得財產處理條例第27條

政黨、附隨組織或其受託管理人違反第九條第一項規定者，處該處分財產價值之一倍至三倍罰鍰。
違反第九條第二項規定者，處新臺幣十萬元以上五十萬元以下罰鍰，並得限期命其申報，屆期不申報者，得按次連續處罰。
