Board members of the CIPAS should be above partisanship and exercise their own duty independently according to the law. No participation of political parties’ activities is allowed during their service period.Board members who has violated the provision set out in the preceding Paragraph shall be terminated their position by the premier after approving by the Commission’s Committee Meeting.

本會委員應超出黨派之外，依據法律公正獨立行使職權，於任期中不得參與政黨活動。
違反前項規定者，經本會委員會議決議通過後，由行政院院長解除其職務。
