Joint Penalties When, in the line of duty, there is a violation of Paragraph 38 or 39, all persons guilty of such misconduct shall be punished, regardless of their positions: persons in charge of a corporation, agents or employees of a corporation or a natural person, or any persons engaged in practice.In addition to punishing the persons directly responsible, the specific legal or natural persons involved shall also be fined by the amount stipulated in the respective provisions.

法人之負責人、法人或自然人之代理人、受雇人或其他從業人員，因執行業務犯第三十八條或前條之罪者，除處罰其行為人外，對該法人或自然人亦科以各該條之罰金。
