Change of Nature in RegistrationIf there is any change to the items recorded on the permission, permit, or registration, facility operators shall apply for revision of registration with the Competent Authority within thirty (30) days after the change occurs.

許可、許可證或登記備查之記載事項有變更者，設施經營者應自事實發生之日起三十日內，向主管機關申請變更登記。
