Reporting on Radiation Protection ActivitiesParagraph 28.1To achieve the regulatory goal of this Act, the Competent Authority may require facility operators, employers or radiation protection service providers to file periodic reports detailing their radiation protection activities.Paragraph 28.2 The specifications, contents and filing dates of the preceding reports shall be laid down by the Competent Authority.
