Radiation Hazards from Commercial ProductsParagraph 22.1 When a commercial product exposes the human body to radiation of such a dose level that raises concern about a public health risk, the Competent Authority shall conduct radiation inspection or measurement in collaboration with relevant agencies.Paragraph 22.2If the result from the inspection or measurement indicates a violation of standards or a public risk, the Competent Authority shall make public announcements of each product's name and related information, and require the manufacturer, distributor or owner to take specific measures.Paragraph 22.3The standards in Paragraph 22.2 are to be specified by the Competent Authority in consultation with relevant agencies.

商品對人體造成之輻射劑量，於有影響公眾健康之虞時，主管機關應會同有關機關實施輻射檢查或偵測。
前項商品經檢查或偵測結果，如有違反標準或有危害公眾健康者，主管機關應公告各該商品品名及其相關資料，並命該商品之製造者、經銷者或持有者為一定之處理。
前項標準，由主管機關會商有關機關定之。
