Regulations on the Final Disposal of High Level Radioactive Waste and Safety Management of the Facilities Article 18
Where the disposal facilities are exempted from supervision, the operator shall store the following data permanently and submit them to the competent authority for examination:1. Data about surficial characteristics, boundary monuments, tunnels and drilled holes.2. Construction methods, materials, structures and important construction data.3. Geological map and geological section map.4. Hydrographical data.5. Position and characteristics of highly radioactive wastes.6. Data about abnormities or accidents.7. Radiation monitoring data.8. Other data specified by the competent authority.

高放處置設施免於監管時，其經營者應永久保存下列資料，並送主管機關備查：
一、地表特徵、界碑、坑道及鑽孔之資料。
二、施工方法、材料、結構及重要施工資料。
三、地質圖及地質剖面圖。
四、水文資料。
五、高放射性廢棄物放置位置與特性。
六、異常或意外事件資料。
七、輻射監測資料。
八、其他經主管機關指定之事項。
