Regulations on the Dedication of Commercial Grade Items and Certification of Dedication Agency Article 3
The Licensee is subject to the inspections by the Regulatory Authority for the regulation of the Commercial Grade Item dedication, and is responsible for the following:1. Establishing plan(s) and procedure(s) for the dedication of Commercial Grade Items,2. Conducting technical evaluation and establishing acceptance criteria,3. Checking and confirming the suitability of the dedication procedures whether the dedication is conducted by the Licensee or by the Licensee’s certified dedication agency. The Licensee shall check and confirm the reliability and safety of the Dedicated Commercial Grade Item used in nuclear safety-related applications, and4. The documentation control of the Dedicated Commercial Grade Item.

經營者應負責下列核能同級品零組件檢證作業之管制，並接受主管機關之檢查：
一、建立核能同級品零組件檢證計畫及程序。
二、執行技術評估與建立允收準則。
三、經營者自行執行或委由檢證機構執行核能同級品零組件檢證，均應確認檢證程序之適合性，並確認經檢證合格後之核能同級品零組件作為安全相關應用之可靠性及安全性。
四、核能同級品零組件檢證文件之管制。
一、建立核能同級品零組件檢證計畫及程序。
二、執行技術評估與建立允收準則。
