Regulations for the Nuclear Fuels Operational Safety Management Article 17
To set the right of pledge of nuclear fuel, the pledgee shall submit an application form stating the following matters, together with the possession permit of the pledger to the competent authority for approval prior to pledging:1. Category, quantity, properties and purpose.2. Reason for and term of the pledge.3. Other matters specified by the competent authority by public notice.

核子燃料之設定質權，質權人應填具申請書，載明下列事項，並檢附出質人持有許可文件，報請主管機關許可後，始得為之：
