Nuclear Damage Compensation Law Article 26
The insurer of liability insurance or the guarantor of the financial guarantee prescribed in the preceding Article shall not cease or terminate the said liability insurance or financial guarantee during the term of the insurance or guarantee unless the Atomic Energy Council of the Executive Yuan is notified in writing two months in advance and has given approval therefor.Liability insurance or financial guarantee for transportation of nuclear material shall not be ceased or terminated during the course of transportation.

前條責任保險之保險人或財務保證之保證人，在保險或保證期間內，非於兩個月前以書面通知行政院原子能委員會，並經核可後，不得停止或終止其責任保險或財務保證。
關於運送核子物料之責任保險或財務保證，不得於運送期間內停止或終止。
