Regulations for the Nuclear Source Materials Operational Safety Management Article 7
Prior to transit or transshipment of nuclear source material, the applicant shall prepare an application form and submit it together with the following documents to the competent authority for approval：1. The original of the permit issued by the original exporting country, or its photocopy notarized by notary public.2. The original of the permit issued by the importing country, or its photocopy notarized by notary public.3. Transport manifest.4. Other matters announced by the competent authority.Without the approval of the competent authority, nuclear source material applying for transit or transshipment may not be unloaded.

核子原料之過境或轉口，申請者應填具申請書，並檢附下列文件，報請主管機關許可後，始得為之：
一、原始輸出國核准文件正本或經公證人認證之影本。
二、輸入國核准文件正本或經公證人認證之影本。
三、交運文件。
四、其他經主管機關公告之事項。
前項過境或轉口之核子原料，未經主管機關核准者，不得卸置。
