Operational Regulations Governing Nuclear Safeguards Article 5
When importing or exporting nuclear safeguards materials other than those specified in the preceding Article, an applicant shall report to the competent authorities for future reference before the 10th of the following month, along with a report on the use of these materials.The report mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall state the following:1.The name and office of the licensee; or the name and residence, in case if the licensee is a natural person.2.Purposes and methods of the use.3.Types and quantities of the nuclear safeguards materials.4.Operation sites of the nuclear safeguards materials.5.Expected holding periods of the nuclear safeguards materials.6.Any others designated by the competent authorities.
中文原文 核子保防作業辦法第5條
輸入或輸出前條規定以外之核子保防物料，申請人應於次月十日以前，檢附使用報告，報請主管機關備查。
前項使用報告應載明下列事項：
一、經營者名稱、事務所或營業所；其為自然人者，姓名及住居所。
二、使用目的及方法。
三、核子保防物料之種類及其數量。
四、核子保防物料之運作地點。
五、預估持有核子保防物料之期限。
六、其他經主管機關指定者。
前項使用報告應載明下列事項：
