Enforcement Rules for the Nuclear Emergency Response Act Article 8
Paragraph 8.1The local Competent Authority shall, within six months after approval and public announcement of the Emergency Response Basic Plan and Nuclear Emergency Public Protective Action Guides by the Executive Yuan, draw up the Public Protection Plan within the EPZ in accordance with Paragraph 14.2 of the NER Act, and submit said plan to the central Competent Authority for approval and public announcement in accordance with Paragraph 14.4.Paragraph 8.2The Public Protection Plan within the EPZ in the preceding paragraph shall include the following items:1. General summary.2. Nuclear accident categories.3. Emergency response organizations and responsibilities.4. Emergency response workplace and equipment layout.5. Accident reporting and mobilization of emergency response organizations.6. Preparedness measures.7. Emergency response measures.8. Recovery measures.9. Supervision and evaluation of emergency response plans.
中文原文 核子事故緊急應變法施行細則第8條
地方主管機關應於緊急應變基本計畫及核子事故民眾防護行動規範經行政院核定公告之日起六個月內，依本法第十四條第二項規定擬訂區域民眾防護應變計畫，並依同條第四項規定報請中央主管機關核定公告之。
前項區域民眾防護應變計畫，應包括下列事項：
一、綜合概述。
二、核子事故分類。
三、緊急應變組織及任務。
四、緊急應變場所及設備配置。
五、事故通知及緊急應變組織動員。
六、平時整備措施。
七、緊急應變措施。
八、復原措施。
九、應變計畫業務管考。
前項區域民眾防護應變計畫，應包括下列事項：
一、綜合概述。
二、核子事故分類。
三、緊急應變組織及任務。
四、緊急應變場所及設備配置。
五、事故通知及緊急應變組織動員。
六、平時整備措施。
七、緊急應變措施。
八、復原措施。
九、應變計畫業務管考。
