Nuclear Emergency Response Act Article 42
Payment DeadlineThe administrative fines punished by this Act must be paid before the deadline. One who fails to pay the administrative fine under this Act within the prescribed time limit after being served a notice demanding payment shall be referred to the Court for compulsory execution.
