Failure to Correct and ImproveViolation of the provision in Article 21 by the nuclear reactor facility licensee, specifically, failure to complete the required corrections or improvements within a prescribed time period set by the central competent authority, shall be punished with an administrative fine of not less than one hundred thousand New Taiwan Dollars but not more than five hundred thousand New Taiwan Dollars. The punishment shall be consecutively imposed for each violation.

核子反應器設施經營者違反第二十一條規定，未依中央主管機關要求期限修正或改善完成者，處新臺幣十萬元以上五十萬元以下罰鍰，並按次連續處罰。
