Nuclear Emergency Response Act Article 32
Being IrresponsiveViolation of the provision in Paragraph 1 of Article 23 by the nuclear reactor facility licensee, specifically the failure to implement response measures or to provide timely notification, shall be punished with an administrative fine of not less than one million New Taiwan Dollars but not more than five million New Taiwan Dollars.
