Activation of National Nuclear Emergency Response Center and Nuclear Emergency Radiation Monitoring and Dose Assessment CenterParagraph 24.1Upon receipt of the notification in Paragraph 23.1, the central competent authority shall promptly implement the response measures as specified in the Emergency Response Basic Plan. When necessary it may convene the designated agencies and the nuclear reactor facility licensee to activate the Nuclear Emergency Radiation Monitoring and Dose Assessment Center to carry out response operations.Paragraph 24.2The central competent authority shall report to the Executive Yuan at as needed based on the progression of the nuclear accident and set up the National Nuclear Emergency Response Center to implement response measures.

中央主管機關接獲前條第一項通報後，應依緊急應變基本計畫規定，立即採取應變措施。
