Enforcement Rules of the Implementation of Nuclear Reactor Facilities Regulation Act Article 16
Pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 21 of this Act, the decommissioning of nuclear reactor facility shall be completed within twenty-five (25) years upon obtaining the permit for decommissioning granted by the competent authority.The radiation-contaminated facilities, structure(s) or substance(s) which are dismantled or removed shall be stored in facilities approved by the competent authority.

核子反應器設施之除役，應依本法第二十一條第一項規定，於取得主管機關核發之除役許可後二十五年內完成。
