Enforcement Rules of the Implementation of Nuclear Reactor Facilities Regulation Act Article 14
If any of the registered items under the license issued according to this Act has been changed, the licensee shall apply, pursuant to Article 18 of this Act, to the competent authority for the registration of amendment within thirty (30) days of such a change.
