Fee-charging Standards for Regulatory Services Under the Nuclear Reactor Facilities Regulation Act Article 2
The review fee for each unit of nuclear power reactor facility applying for construction permit is NT$10,600,000; for each unit at rated thermal power level in excess of 1,000MW, an additional NT$5,200 shall be charged for every additional 1,000kW.
