The applicant for the Certificate of Authorized Inspection Agency (hereinafter referred to as the Applicant) shall be one of the following:1. A government agency (institution).2. A Company Limited by Shares incorporated under the Company Act with a minimum paid-in capital of 5 million New Taiwan Dollars.3. A government accredited university, college or research institute.4. A non-profit juridical person.

申請核子反應器設施監查機構認可證書者（以下簡稱申請者）應具備下列資格之一：

三、政府立案之大專院校或學術研究機構。
四、非營利之法人。
