The English Text of Atomic Energy Law of The Republic of China Article 24
For the purpose of preventing hazards arising out of ionizing radiations and ensuring the health and security of the public, the Atomic Energy Council shall stipulate standards for protection against ionizing radiations to be reported to the Executive Yuan for promulgation and enforcement.
