The English Text of Atomic Energy Law of The Republic of China Article 17
For the purpose of nuclear research and the production of radioactive material for peaceful uses, besides improving the existing research reactor, the Atomic Energy Council may, according to the practical needs, request the Executive Yuan to allocate special funds to set up additional nuclear reactors and other facilities.
