The English Text of Atomic Energy Law of The Republic of China Article 12
All universities and nuclear science research institutions intending to establish any research cooperative arrangement in nuclear science and application thereof with friendly nations or relevant international organizations, shall apply to the Atomic Energy Council for approval.
