Regulations on Qualifications of Personnel Operating Radioactive Waste Treatment Facilities Article 5
The training of treatment facility operating personnel should be conducted by the following organizations (institutions):1. Competent authorities.2. Competent authority-approved operators of radioactive waste treatment, storage or final disposal facilities or nuclear reactor facilities.3. Government-registered organizations engaged in conducting training programs.The organization in Item C of the previous Article may conduct training after approval of its training plan by the competent authority.The organization (institution) conducting the training program should issue certificates to personnel who successfully complete the training.Course hours completed related to labor safety and health regulations, quality assurance, environmental protection, and management taught by the authorities or organization (institute) commissioned by the authorities may be counted towards the total training hours.

處理設施運轉人員之訓練，應由下列機關（構）為之：
一、主管機關。
二、主管機關核准之放射性廢棄物處理、貯存、最終處置設施或核子反應器設施經營者。
三、政府立案從事訓練業務之機構。
前項第三款之訓練機構，應將訓練計畫送主管機關核准後實施。
辦理訓練之機關（構）應發給及格人員訓練及格證明。
公務機關或受公務機關委託之訓練機關（構）依其職權所辦理之勞工安全衛生法規、品質、環保與管理相關課程之及格時數得併予採計。
一、主管機關。
