Regulations on Qualifications of Personnel Operating Radioactive Waste Treatment Facilities Article 10
The competent authority may revoke a certificate in one of the following circumstances:1. Improper or illegal practice which has caused serious environmental pollution or posed significant human health risks.2. Improper or illegal practice which has affected safe operation and led to suspension or termination of the waste Treatment facility by the competent authority.3. Improper or illegal dumping of radioactive waste.Waste Treatment facility operating personnel whose certificates are revoked by the competent authority may not re-apply within one year after revocation.Re-application for the waste facility operator certificate after revocation shall be in accordance with Article 6 and Article 7 of the regulations.

處理設施運轉人員有下列情形之一，主管機關得廢止其認可證書：
一、執行業務違反法令或不當，致污染環境或危害人體健康情節重大者。
二、執行業務違反法令或不當，致影響處理設施安全功能，經主管機關令該設施停止運轉者。
三、棄置放射性廢棄物者。
處理設施運轉人員認可證書，經主管機關廢止者，自廢止之日起一年內不得重新申請。
處理設施運轉人員認可證書廢止後，重新申請認可者，依第六條及第七條之規定辦理。
