Enforcement Rules of the Nuclear Materials and Radioactive Waste Management Act Article 3
The materials that generate energy through self-sustaining chain reaction of fission of nucleus referred to in Subparagraph 2 of Article 4 of this Act means the materials containing plutonium, U(233) or U(235) as well as the materials condensed from U(233) or U(235).
