The Nuclear Materials and Radioactive Waste Management Act Article 31
The prescription of this Chapter is not applicable to the radioactive waste tantamount to a specified activity or a lower activity, and(/or) the waste generated by naturally occurring radioactive material.The limit value of the specified activity (and/)or the lower activity referred to in the preceding Paragraph and its administrative regulations for the waste generated by naturally occurring radioactive material shall be prescribed by the competent authorities.
中文原文 放射性物料管理法第31條
本章規定，於一定活度或比活度以下之放射性廢棄物，及天然放射性物質衍生之廢棄物，不適用之。
前項一定活度或比活度以下放射性廢棄物之限值與其管理辦法及天然放射性物質衍生廢棄物之管理辦法，由主管機關定之。
